Last updated: 2026-06-20
Acceptance
By accessing or using PictFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service
PictFlow provides AI image generation, editing, product photo, and related creative tools. We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Credits and Subscriptions
PictFlow uses credits to meter image generation and editing. Paid plans grant credits according to the plan shown at checkout. Credits may be consumed when a task is submitted, and may be refunded automatically when a task fails under supported failure conditions.
Subscriptions renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout unless canceled. Pricing, plan limits, included credits, and model availability may change over time.
Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Creem. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize recurring charges for subscriptions you purchase. Payment failures may result in suspension, downgrade, or cancellation of paid features.
User Content
You retain your rights to prompts, uploaded image inputs, and generated outputs, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You grant PictFlow the limited rights needed to process, store, display, and transmit your content to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for any content you upload or submit.
Prohibited Use
You may not use PictFlow to:
- Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Generate, upload, or distribute illegal, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or infringing content.
- Attempt to bypass safety systems, rate limits, credit accounting, authentication, or payment controls.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service.
- Resell access to the service without written permission.
- Upload malware, exploit code, or content intended to compromise systems or users.
AI Output
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to third-party content, or unsuitable for a specific use. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing, selling, or relying on it. We do not guarantee that generated images are unique, error-free, or fit for every commercial purpose.
Intellectual Property
PictFlow, including its software, interface, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service itself.
Availability
We aim to keep PictFlow reliable, but the service may be unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, network issues, security incidents, or force majeure events. We are not liable for interruptions outside our reasonable control.
Termination
You may stop using PictFlow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, abuse payment or credit systems, or use the service unlawfully.
Disclaimers
PictFlow is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PictFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PictFlow after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
