Last updated: 2026-06-21

Overview

PictFlow is an AI image generation and editing service available at pictflow.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how AI generation content is processed, and how you can contact us about privacy requests.

Information We Collect

We collect information needed to provide, secure, and improve the service:

  • Account information such as your name, email address, login provider, and account preferences.
  • AI generation content such as prompts, uploaded reference images, model choices, aspect ratios, output counts, task status, and generated image URLs.
  • Usage and device information such as pages visited, feature usage, timestamps, browser type, device type, IP-derived approximate region, and diagnostic logs.
  • Payment and subscription information such as plan, product identifier, order identifier, invoice status, credit grants, and subscription status. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
  • Support communications such as messages, attachments, screenshots, and troubleshooting details you send to us.
  • Cookies and local storage data used for authentication, preferences, security, analytics, and session continuity.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Generate, edit, store, and display images you request.
  • Route requests to AI providers, track task status, and apply credit accounting.
  • Process credits, subscriptions, invoices, and payment-related events.
  • Detect abuse, fraud, spam, policy violations, and security issues.
  • Improve product reliability, performance, and user experience.
  • Respond to support requests and administrative inquiries.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

AI Processing

When you submit prompts or image inputs, we may send that content, plus the selected generation settings, to third-party AI infrastructure providers solely to fulfill your generation or editing request. Provider processing depends on their systems and policies.

Do not upload images, prompts, or other content that you do not have the right to process, modify, or share. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing, selling, or relying on it.

Payments

Payments and billing events are processed by third-party payment providers such as Creem. We receive payment status, subscription status, product identifiers, invoice identifiers, and related metadata needed to grant credits, manage subscriptions, prevent fraud, and provide support.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential authentication, session management, user preferences, fraud prevention, analytics, and product improvement. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent the service from working.

Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only with:

  • Service providers that help us operate PictFlow, including hosting, database, storage, analytics, payment, email, customer support, and AI infrastructure providers.
  • Authorities or third parties when required by law, necessary to protect rights, safety, and security, or necessary to enforce our Terms of Service.
  • Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Data Retention

We keep account, payment, credit, support, and generation records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain transaction integrity. Generated images and uploaded inputs may be retained while your account is active or while needed for service operation, unless deleted earlier under product controls or a valid privacy request.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted transport, access controls, provider credential management, and operational monitoring. No internet service is completely secure, so you are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.

Your Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information. You can manage basic account information in your account settings or contact us for requests that are not available in the product.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request. Some records may be retained when required for billing, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Children's Privacy

PictFlow is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will review the request.

International Use

PictFlow may use infrastructure and service providers in different countries. By using the service, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, when appropriate, notify users through the service.
